@Copernicus2013 Ukraine received what it received because of three factors: 1. It survived the initial stage of a war of conquest, 2. Joe Biden was president, 3. It is a democracy that has seen multiple peaceful transitions of power. Even number 2 doesn’t help Baku right now.
