Irene Dikova’s promising alpine ski career came to an abrupt halt years ago when she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Years later, she had a lung transplant in Austria —  something nearly impossible in Bulgaria — and is campaigning to convince more Bulgarians to become organ donors.
